Take Iron Springs Rd WEST. The church sign and dirt driveway are on the left, just 1/4 mile past Williamson Valley Rd. Doors open at 6:00pm, but meeting starts at 6:15pm. Please leave aisles of church sanctuary open for safety. Please sit on left side of church sanctuary so everyone has clear view of projection screen/wall. Please stash your stuff out of the way, not on seat next to you.

VA HOSPITAL GIG: Sunday, July 27th @ 2pm. Park in Lots C or D. Arrive at 1:30pm. Use entrance next to ER door. Songs are listed on PUG website in SONGBOOK, under VA HOSP.

PANIOLO UKES: Free performance at Highland Nature Center (on Walker going towards Lynx Lake) on SAT Aug 30th from 10:00 to 12noon for “Discovery Saturday” event.

ANNUAL PICNIC: Thumb Butte Group Ramada is reserved for SAT Sept 27th from noon to 3pm. PUG members eat for free, but member-invited guests pay $10/plate. FOOD: Rice, pulled pork, chicken teriyaki, and beef from Ohana BBQ. Macaroni salad, coleslaw, and cake from Costco. Plates, napkins, utensils, and tablecloths provided. BYO Drinks and Chair (if you don’t want to sit at concrete tables). PUG sound system will be provided for singing. RAFFLE: Each member who registers and guest(s) will receive a raffle ticket upon arrival. Prizes include a ukulele donated to PUG, as well as teaching DVDs and books. BUY-SELL-TRADE TABLE: Provided for members to bring only ukulele-related items. REGISTRATION SIGNUP SHEET and SINGING LINEUP LIST will be at Reception Table for Aug and Sept meetings. We will have a projection screen for this meeting but please download songs or print them. Wifi will be iffy. As usual we’ll have a couple of spotlights featuring PUG members.
The room opens at 6pm and the meeting starts at 6:15 pm. Agenda is below instead of being read at meeting. Songs can be downloaded on the Songbook page under Monthly meeting. No noodling or talking when someone is speaking. There will be a donation Jar at the meeting for Free Ukulele lessons, scholarships and much more.
