Doors open at 6:00pm but meeting does not start until 6:15. Please do not block the aisles! Please sit where you can see the projection wall, which is left of center. Our meeting ends at 7:30-ish.

CARPOOLING: Some members can’t or don’t want to drive at night. We have created a CARPOOL LIST for those who would like driving assistance or need to save gasoline. Fill in whether you need a ride (and where you can be picked up) or are willing to provide a ride (and where you are willing to travel). FULL MOON JAM AT WATSON LAKE: Meeting at the SOUTH side dock at the picnic tables at 6:00. From 6:00 to 6:30pm: arrive, unload your kayak, then park your vehicle. Bring a snack/dessert to share from 6:30 to 7:00. We will start to assemble at 7:00 to play/sing. FULL MOON should arrive at 8:00pm. BRING YOUR FLASHLIGHTS!
For music, either bring your devices (to access PUG website songbook) or hand out song sheets or focus on 2 to 3 chord songs (like Jambalaya). Talk to PETE or CRYSTAL for more info. PLEASE let us know you are coming (prescottukes@gmail.com) so we know how many to plan for!!! You do not have to kayak— you can always sit at picnic tables to sing/play/listen!
PARKING FEE: $5 per vehicle (so carpool if you can!)
“Born to Be Wild” rents kayaks (with little lanterns!) at Watson Lake from 6:30 to 9:30pm during the full moon — $25/single person or $50/two people or $75/paddle boat with four seats. And, they will help you get in and out, plus provide a mandatory life jacket. Because they get busy at FULL MOONs, they suggest reserving a week before at www.borntobewild.com.

PUG ANNUAL PICNIC at THUMB BUTTE GROUP PAVILION: PUG MEMBERS’ food is FREE; GUESTS are $10/plate. Food from Ohana Hawaiian BBQ — no tuna in macaroni salad this year! Teriyaki Chicken, Pork, steamed vegies, and rice. Broccoli Salad and Birthday Cake provided by PUG.
There will be a BUY/SELL/TRADE table again, with Crystal in charge. There will be a Participation Sheet to let us know you will be attending and how many to expect, OR send an email to prescottukes@gmail.com. Also aPerforming Sign-Up Sheet if you choose to perform or lead us in a song. Sound equipment will be under the Pavilion cover in case it rains AND we like the acoustics better!

CAMPING & UKES at ZANE GREY RV VILLAGE CAMP VERDE:
Show up for the day OR there are FULLY EQUIPPED cabins and RV parking available to rent for overnighters. Reserve at https://zanegreyrv.com/ Check with PETE who “may” have 1 free room available (for current PUG member) at local casino. Secret word is “KASIA”!
Campground provides a group covered pavilion with tables and a projection system/screen! Hot dogs/condiments provided by DEBBIE butplease bring a side dish (chips/dip or salad) to share and your own drinks. Talk to DEBBIE or send email to prescottukes@gmail.com for more info. MEMBERSHIP/DUES: We currently have 48 members! Please make your prorated check made payable to Prescott Ukulele Guild. Some people do not write checks — apparently! — so we will accept EXACT cash but please be sure to get a receipt. Annual dues is $36 per person — that’s $3 a month! If you are a new member OR spend the winters out of town, you can deduct $3 for every month you were not here.
BYLAWS: The Bylaws for PUG have been updated and will be posted on the website under “about us”. There is information concerning subgroups in there so you will want to read them.
